Overflow Cottage is situated in one of the most sought after areas of Clarens, The Swartland. This stand-alone cottage is set in a beautiful 3000m garden next to the main residential property occupied by husband and wife Stefan and Carla Oberholzer.

The Cottage is within walking distance (1.1km) of the village centre and is perfect for a couple. The thatch roof ensures a cool temperature in summer as well as a warm temperature in winter.

The Cottage is open plan with a king size bed, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge and small freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet. Towels are provided. The Cottage has a flat screen television with full DSTV and there is free Wifi available for the duration of your stay.

The small private garden has patio chairs and braai facilities are available. There is an undercover parking for one vehicle.

Daily housekeeping is available, excluding Christmas Day, Good Friday and New Years Day.

Clarens is described as the "Jewel of the Free State". Lush trees and long days of sunshine make this a worthwhile destination.
